Love Kolaches!! They are awesome! Let me say like this: I can't wait to be hungry again. Met the owner. Nice people. Please support this small business. And enjoy delicious kolaches while doing so!! Tried 3 different ones. Tomorrow I will try 3 more different ones.

Authentic kolaches, tasty and quick service! Clean shop with seating and coffee. We tried the Bomber, sausage & gravy, bacon egg & cheese, and sausage & cheese and loved them all!

Big shout out to Nate and the Kolache Bar. I never really had a kolache, but after trying one on the way in, I had to stop back on the way out. Nate's got a mix of donuts, kolaches, and sausage rolls, along with coffee and some breakfast sandwiches. The Kolaches are definitely where it's at and the sausage rolls are no slouch either. If you need something better than bagels for the office party, give Kolache Bar a shot.

Family owned business, located in the Merritt Crossing shopping mall. Kolache is a Czech sweet pastry basically a stuffed roll. These tasty snacks are popular in Texas. The guy I spoke with yesterday mentioned him and his wife have +30 years experience and you can tell from their products they bake with love. I'll be sure to recommend this establishment.

We just moved to the area and were HIGHLY recommended to come to Kolache Bar for amazing food. We love pastries and are always up to try something new. We ended up getting one of almost everything, and not a single item was not devoured. All of them were cooked perfectly, had a lot of filling, and tasted delicious. The doughnuts were fresh and chewy, just like they should be. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Two Kolaches are enough to fill up someone with a medium/large appetite. Every time we have friends or family asking about a place to grab food, we are always recommending this place!

Visiting from CA and decided to hit this spot for breakfast before hopping on our cruise. When you first walk in, you're greeted and they are ready to take your order. These kolaches are delicious! They are so pillowy and soft but with fillings that pack a punch of flavor. It was just what I was looking for. It's a laid back spot and perfect if you want to grab and go or just hang out for a bit. Highly recommend. The Bomber and the Jalapeño Popper were by far my favorites!

Merrit Island is the home of great breakfast. Kolache Bar is one of the most original and satisfying on the way to work spots. Hit and get some Kolache...donuts are good as well.

Finally made it here. I had a "normal" sausage and cheese Kolache, will try other flavors next time. Also got some others: Cheese, Lemon and Apple. Was also given a blueberry and glazed donut. Interesting taste on the breakfast Kolaches, the sausage and cheese was good as well of the donuts. I shall return.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! What A great addition to the morning flavor around here. Dough stuffed with eggs, meats, gravy, fruits, etc...what a delight. AND FRESH DONUTS!!! Our newest morning delight. Keep up the great mixtures.

Nathan is so nice and friendly. I mentioned our neighbor and my husband are Polish and Lithuanian and that they both lived in Austin. Of course, she brought us Kolache from her first visit to Kolache Bar. I told Nathan that while we were in Houston last month, we saw Kolache shops all around the area! Nathan is from Houston so you know the space center people must be thrilled that he's here! Kolache Bar is located behind Walgreens next to the Chinese take out. The inside is bright and cute and clean with cases of sweet and savory Kolache. They also offer a variety of croissants and great donuts! Next time, we will try almond croissants! Today we had different filled Kolache: sausage & gravy, sausage jalapeño & cheese, and he threw in one he knew my husband would love - jalapeño popper! Yes he did! We waved the Tex Nex for later but we loved the ones we ate. My favorite is sausage and gravy.
